Through holding leadership positions with the Oklahoma State Legislature, Oklahoma State Supreme Court and serving as a consultant for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Flintco Construction (Tulsa), HGL Construction and others, I've learned this business inside and out. I founded a successful trucking and logistics company over a decade ago, and grew it 20 trucks and over $4MM in annual revenue.
I understand first-hand the issues facing small business owners and owner operators in starting, growing and maintaining a successful business venture. Through Fikes Advantage, I provide practical advice, honest insights, tools, strategies and resources that will give you an advantage in creating your long-term success.
